Last Monday and Tuesday we “become a friend of our tradition” program introduced at the trade fair in Houten.
Were you not present, but have you been a fan for years or are you interested in what our cheese makers stand for? Then become a friend of de Boeren Goudse Overlegkaas with your cheese specialist. Get to know the only two cheese makers in the Groene Hart who still master the craft: the Van der Poel family (Rijpwetering) and the Captein family (Zoeterwoude) and learn why the most beautiful cheese is only made with a lot of time and patience.
